ED&I: Training, Development & Networks

Join our training and development webinars, workshops and conferences throughout the year to hear the latest in apprenticeship policy and practice.
We cover a variety of topics with a specialist focus on social mobility, diversity and inclusion – asking ourselves how we can do more to ensure that we widen access to opportunity through apprenticeships.

Time For Change

Our free Time for Change workshops address the challenges faced by diverse and disadvantaged applicants when accessing apprenticeships.

Hear from leading apprenticeship experts,  employers and apprentices as they discuss some of the challenges identified and solutions implemented.

Genie Programme

The Genie Programme is our flagship social mobility and D&I training programme for apprenticeships professionals. It’s a unique, 12-month programme that empowers leading organisations to understand complex social mobility, diversity and inclusion issues, and to use apprenticeships to diversify workforces and improve social impact.

Join alumni including Coca-Cola, J.P. Morgan, and the University of Oxford, and learn to use your programmes to drive real change.

Genie Live

A unique, inspiring one-day conference offering apprenticeships and early careers professionals everything they need to expand their understanding around the social mobility, diversity and inclusion agenda.

Hear from leading keynote speakers, network with employers, share ideas and best practice, and learn how to improve access to opportunity through workshops, panel discussions and more.

Moving On Up

Moving On Up is a collaboration of like-minded organisations who are working to support an increase in care experienced young people accessing apprenticeships.

We are working with the apprenticeship sector to encourage everyone to recognise the unique circumstances of care experienced young people, and to build support into the programme design.
