Time for Change webinar series back for 2023/24

The free workshop series from Amazing Apprenticeships and The Genie Programme has announced its 2023/24 schedule with six brand-new sessions commencing in Autumn 2023.

Each Time for Change workshop invites a panel of key speakers to explore the challenges faced by diverse and disadvantaged applicants when it comes to apprenticeships. The result is that the audience leave feeling inspired and empowered with a greater level of knowledge and understanding, ready to take action in addressing the barriers within their own systems and processes.

Now in its fourth year, our popular Time for Change series has welcomed thousands of participants, covering topics including social mobility in apprenticeships, apprenticeship pathways for prison leavers, self-selecting out, skills gaps, mental health and much more.

“Social mobility, diversity and inclusion are complex and challenging topics. The Time for Change series really highlights the themes and issues that we see within apprenticeships for different groups of learners. We structure the sessions so that the audience feel equipped with practical ideas and suggestions for small changes that they could make within their own settings, that usually lead to big results!” said Founder and Director of Amazing Apprenticeships, Anna Morrison CBE. “We are finding more and more with our work on The Genie Programme that knowing how to start is often the biggest hurdle for apprentice employers.”
