Employee Resource Groups

We have 13 employee resource groups, also known as affinity groups, which bring Amazon employees together across businesses and locations around the world. The online assessment typically involves completing a series of interactive tasks that measure behaviours such as problem-solving, critical thinking and attention to detail, to name a few.

This is your opportunity showcase your talents, problem-solving ability and your alignment with the company’s values.
