Time for Change – Using Apprenticeships to drive social mobility, diversity and inclusion
More than any other early career route, apprenticeships offer real, tangible potential to drive social mobility, diversity, and inclusion in an organisation.
This NAW 2022, Amazing Apprenticeships are proud to invite you to a very special Time for Change session as we invite three leading apprentice employers to our virtual stage to present and explore the initiatives they have already implemented within their roles, their plans for the next 12 months and just how they have managed to drive change when it comes to social mobility within their organisations.
Join Anna Morrison CBE, founder and director of Amazing Apprenticeships and Julia Oertli of the Social Mobility Commission as they introduce a brilliant panel of early careers practitioners to discuss concepts that can be explored, practical ideas that can be instigated and what is possible in the job you are in to achieve change when it comes to social mobility within apprenticeships.
