Amazing Apprenticeships is set to host two very special 60-minute webinars for apprentices and employers with celebrity performance psychologist, Sam Bishop during Mental Health Awareness Week.
Created in partnership with Gen.Healthy Minds and the BAME Apprenticeship Network, the workshops are open to all who work with or in support of apprentices, as well as apprentices themselves.
The workshops will be delivered by Sam Bishop, an executive coach who thrives in environments where he can facilitate self-growth and help individuals to identify and overcome challenges. Bishop will be covering the topics of
– Motivation and the impact on our Mental Health and Wellbeing
– Long term vs Short term motivation
– The toughest opponent is ourselves
– Our intentions vs Our reality
– The importance of taking back control
– Know your WHY and motivation will follow
