Teacher/Careers Adviser Visit To Hinkley Point C
Teachers & Careers Advisers were invited to join us for a unique opportunity to visit Hinkley Point C, where EDF are building two new nuclear reactors, the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in Britain providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes.
During our visit:
- We explored the reasons why EDF is a great apprenticeship employer:
- We heard about their wide range of apprenticeship and early careers opportunities.
- We experienced a tour of Hinkley Point C, the first nuclear power station in Britain, which is providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes.
- We learned about the application and assessment process.
- We heard from EDF apprentices about their journeys and experiences.
