Earn a Competitive Salary
All of our apprentices earn a competitive salary from day one. Each apprenticeship has a pay scale which will increase each year during your apprenticeship.
Our Promise of a Permanent Position
Once you have successfully completed your qualification and achieved the performance targets that we’ve set for you during your apprenticeship, you will be offered a permanent position with Bakkavor.
Our Training
Bakkavor will select the most suitable training provider depending on the apprenticeship you are completing. They will determine how the training is delivered. This could be:
- One day per week
- One week per month
- Block release

As a Bakkavor apprentice, you will get access to a wide range of career pathways in different areas of our business. Level 3 (Advanced) Apprenticeships
Our Level 3 apprenticeships are a great way to start your career with Bakkavor, we will support you in gaining a recognised qualification through the Level 3 apprenticeships we offer in:
- Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Food Technology
- Business Admin
- Payroll
Higher and Degree Apprenticeships
If you are looking for a higher/degree apprenticeship we can support, you in gaining a recognised qualification in one of the following apprenticeships at this level:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Process
- Data Analyst
- Digital & Technology Solutions (IT)
- Finance
- Technical (Quality Practitioner)
