Business Apprenticeships
At EY we offer a range of apprenticeships within the Business area of the organisation, including:
Audit – Assurance
Make problem-solving your day job and build financial trust. Forget endless number crunching – you’ll be working with clients, reviewing strategy, assessing risk (including climate risk), forecasting growth and more. Innovation is the driving force behind our work in Assurance. Embark on one of our programmes and we’ll teach you to harness new skills fit for the modern digital world.
Law – Entity Compliance and Governance Apprenticeship programme
Our team assist clients in managing the complexities of law compliance and ensure companies adhere to all relevant procedures and regulations. This helps to reduce risks and boosts efficiency through an innovative, technology-enabled approach allowing companies to focus on achieving their strategic objectives.
Finance – Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy Apprenticeship Programme
Help organisations deal with disruptive challenges in critical and complex situations. Organisations across the globe are facing unprecedented challenges. In Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy (TRS), we help organisations deal with these challenges, making a real difference in a fast-paced environment.
Tax –
Support millions of lives, the communities around you, and our entire society. Taxes collected by governments are used for essential societal investments, like welfare and social services, schools and universities, transport systems, and initiatives to create a cleaner, greener planet. Tax underpins the country’s essential infrastructure.
Business Leadership and Management Apprenticeship
During this apprenticeship, you will realise business transformation through the power of people, technology and innovation. You will be aiding clients in reducing their carbon footprint and enabling major technology brands to reinvest in AI that provides access to critical healthcare.
Digital and Technology Apprenticeships
Technology is constantly disrupting the world of business, but these changes are often for the best. Working in either:

- Consulting Service Delivery
- Risk Consulting
- Technology Consulting
Our Digital and Technology apprenticeship enables tech-savvy students to help us and our clients find new ways of using data and the latest technologies to enhance performance, increase efficiency, better identify and respond to risks and improve engagement with stakeholders. You’ll also study towards a BSc degree in Digital and Technology Solutions with BPP University.
