Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
You don’t have to choose between education and practical skills. Find an apprenticeship that can do both. We’ll open your eyes to the future of automotive technology, giving you a platform to make a real difference to JLR and our customers.
Level 6 Applied Professional Engineering Programme Degree Apprenticeship
Work, learn and grow alongside our engineering experts. Develop in-depth, up-to-the-minute specialist knowledge on-the-job and, thanks to your studies at the University of Warwick, back it up with the theory you need. Choose from four pathways: Product Design and Development, Electrical or Electronic Technical Support, Control Technical Support and Manufacturing. Prepare yourself to make an incredible contribution to our business.
Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship
Exceptional is waiting for you. Let’s go. On this programme, you’ll work on ground-breaking projects alongside expert minds. And whether you opt for Software Engineering, Software Engineering with Data, Data Analytics or Cyber Security, your course at the University of Warwick will teach the programming skills you need. Plus, the theory you learn here means you’ll make an ever-greater contribution to our industry and develop in-demand skills.
Level 6 Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship
Our Reimagine strategy is transforming every part of our business. It’s rethinking how we design and deliver the next generation of sustainable luxury cars and everything that goes into them. We’re reinventing our end-to-end supply chain capability and performance, and that makes for an exciting time to join us.

Good news! We do not require a CV or cover letter to apply. Simply complete your online application form telling us about you, your motivations and your experience.

If you progress to the next stage we’ll ask you to complete a series of short online tests which you will complete independently. Passing this stage is based on your scores from completing your online assessments. Don’t forget to use the practice area to help you prepare.

The next stage is the virtual assessment centre. This consists of a presentation exercise and behavioural interview. You’ll be provided with a preparation guide to help you at this final stage.

We’ll share the outcome of your assessment centre within 2 weeks of you completing it. If you are successful, we’ll make you a verbal offer and confirm this in writing via email.

Before you join JLR, we’ll give you all the information you need through post-offer engagement events, online platforms and more. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, we’re here every step of the way.

What I like bout working at JLR Fen End is the community here, it is a friendly place to work and everyone is happy to help. I also love the amount of opportunities that are available to progress your career and connections that can be made. JLR are also very supportive and are advocates for diversity and inclusion, including women in engineering.
I know it’s a cliché line, but every day is genuinely different. I’ve been lucky enough to have already worked on a variety of projects and to have met so many new people, just in my first year! I’m really looking forward to seeing where I go next.
