Dedicated mentors
Through dedicated mentors and support networks, you’ll build your confidence, speak up, and step out of your comfort zone as part of a team that loves to experiment, innovate, and drive new ideas. With both hands-on experience and dedicated training, you’ll have every opportunity to strengthen your skills, make a real impact – and realise your career potential.
Relocations Financial Support
Financial support is available to help apprentices with relocation if required for the role. A payment of £2,000 will be given to support the cost of moving, which is available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being more than one hour or 40 miles away from the work site. We will also run a ‘Relocation Support Call’ with past graduates and apprentices so they can share their experiences, offer advice and answer any questions you may have to support you in your move.
Our Networks
People of all gender identities, ethnically diverse individuals, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBT+ community are strongly encouraged to apply, and we have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which are voluntary employee-led groups that bring together individuals with shared characteristics, backgrounds, or interests. They promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within the organisation. Anyone can, and is encouraged, to join the networks to build a deeper understanding of the ERGs topics. Awareness is key!

Our supportive onboarding process for new apprentices
As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, we extend an invitation for you to join a private LinkedIn group. This platform will allow you to connect with fellow new starters and begin building meaningful relationships. Additionally, we have a ‘Welcome Day’ in June, where you will have the chance to meet not only other new starters, but also members of our wider business and your team. Furthermore, within your first couple of weeks, we have an induction program that brings all new starters together.
