Relocations Financial Support
Financial support is available to help apprentices with relocation if required for the role. A payment of £2,000 will be given to support the cost of moving, which is available to anyone who needs to relocate due to being more than one hour or 40 miles away from the work site. We will also run a ‘Relocation Support Call’ with past graduates and apprentices so they can share their experiences, offer advice and answer any questions you may have to support you in your move.
Our Networks
People of all gender identities, ethnically diverse individuals, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBT+ community are strongly encouraged to apply, and we have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which are voluntary employee-led groups that bring together individuals with shared characteristics, backgrounds, or interests. They promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within the organisation. Anyone can, and is encouraged, to join the networks to build a deeper understanding of the ERGs topics. Awareness is key!

Candidates will need to click the ‘apply now’ button at the bottom of the page where you will be taken to a page to create an account to start the application process.
You will be required to tell us a bit about yourself, and why you have applied.
- If you are applying for a Level 3 Apprenticeship, it will take approx. 30 minutes.
- If you are applying for a higher/degree apprenticeship, it can take up to 2 hours, but this doesn’t need to be completed all in one go.

If you have met the criteria for the role, you will then go through a combination of online activities that will help us to understand more about your strengths and suitability for the role. Need some extra support?
At Nestlé, our values are rooted in respect. When we embrace diversity and give everyone the chance to be the best they can be, we can think in new, creative ways that grow and enhance our business. People of all gender identities, ethnically diverse individuals, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBT+ community are strongly encouraged to apply.
We recruit based on strengths looking at your potential, this helps us to identify your natural abilities and interests. You will go through our interactive online platform, so we can learn more about you and you can discover more about us!
We understand that everyone’s needs are different so there will be an opportunity for you to speak to us about what yours are and any adjustments required when you apply through our process. This will not impact your application but allow us to help in the best way we can by showing you what support is available.
