The one-day event will bring together 150 apprenticeship changemakers to participate in keynote sessions, innovation workshops, panel discussions and networking, with access to the very latest emerging best practice from the sector.
The conference series is brought to you by The Genie Programme, the only social mobility and EDI curriculum developed specifically for apprenticeship and vocational pathway professionals.
The day will empower individuals leading on apprenticeships and early talent strategies within their organisation to learn about inspirational approaches and new ideas to enhance existing and emerging apprenticeship programmes.
Headlining the day is the inspirational Baroness Floella Benjamin. From Playschool in the 1970’s to the Coronation of King Charles in 2023, Floella has been an influential figure in championing a progressive approach to issues around diversity and inclusion.
Workshops will be hosted by leading employers and sector experts, including Sutton Trust, Social Mobility Commission, NHS, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, BAE Systems and many more.
“Every day I speak with employers, large and small. They want to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce, and recognise that apprenticeships are a key component of this, but they often don’t know where to start. It is clear that many are striving to achieve change within their organisations,
Genie Live will provide delegates with the confidence, data, ideas and professional connections to be able to rapidly accelerate their apprenticeship diversity and inclusion ambitions.” says Anna Morrison, founder and director of Amazing Apprenticeships and host of Genie Live.
Genie Live 2024 will be held on Wednesday 6th March at the historic Bishopsgate Institute in London.
The day is designed for professionals working in apprenticeship, attraction or recruitment strategy who are interested in learning more about social mobility, diversity and inclusion. Genie Live 2024 is now open for registration.
