Genie Visit to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Excellence in action – that’s what we saw last week when we took the current cohort of Genie programme delegates to visit the headquarters of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in London.

The visit was organised by Sharon Blyfield OBE,  Head of Early Careers and Apprenticeships – who curated an immersive day of learning, reflection and inspiration.

The delegates were joined by senior staff and partners of CCEP, discussing strategy and vision, developing a whole-organisation approach to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that ‘everyone is welcome’, the importance of authentic allyship, utilising and developing executive sponsors, community engagement, talent pipeline development….and so much more!

Anna Morrison, Director of Amazing Apprenticeships added,

“Through the Genie programme we regularly share examples of ‘what works’ through best practice and case studies, but an equally important part of the programme is to be able to come together in person and experience it first-hand. Our immersive organisational visits provide the delegates with a really unique opportunity to collaborate, ask questions and become inspired about doing things differently in apprenticeships. Often, it’s the smallest changes that can make the biggest difference”
