HOP into Apprenticeships and T Levels event

On the 24th January, Amazing Apprenticeships hosted the HOP into Apprenticeships and T Levels virtual Career event in partnership with Hertfordshire Opportunities Portal and the Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Provider Network.

The online event was designed to connect Hertfordshire parents and carers of students in years 9 to 13 with local employers and training providers. By attending a series of 10-minute workshops, parents were quickly able to build their knowledge and understanding of local opportunities their child might be interested in pursuing.

Over 200 parents, carers, students and teachers met with 31 exhibitors, including Warner Bros. Discovery, Morgan Sindall Construction, Tesco, University of Hertfordshire, West Herts college and North Herts College from across Hertfordshire, showcasing the apprenticeship and T Level opportunities they offer.

There has been really positive feedback from the exhibitors and the attendees, who said they enjoyed the evening and found it informative to hear from different sectors across Hertfordshire, with many now considering an apprenticeship or T Level as a positive option.
