Founder of Amazing Apprenticeships, Anna Morrison CBE recently joined the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) First Voice Podcast on behalf of the Department for Education to discuss the opportunities available to smaller businesses in using traineeships, T Levels and apprenticeships to discover new talent, train existing staff and explore the benefits of these different schemes.
