The automotive company, government agency, and Yorkshire-based food and drink manufacturer join The National Trust and NHS as part of the 2023 cohort of this unique social mobility, diversity and inclusion training programme run by Amazing Apprenticeships.
Having recently announced record-breaking targets for apprenticeship hires in 2023, Jaguar Land Rover has signed up their Schools’ Engagement and Apprenticeship Programmes Senior Consultant (Early Careers Recruitment), Morgan Gore, while the Driver Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), which offers a variety of apprenticeships from level 3 to level 7 across a range of professions, has registered Apprenticeship and Early Talent Manager, Jackie Davis.
They’re joined by Bettys and Taylors Group’s Apprenticeship Manager Zoe Wright. The family firm’s brands include Bettys, Taylors of Harrogate, and Yorkshire Tea.
The Genie Programme takes delegates on a journey of discovery, explores innovative ways of using apprenticeships to drive greater social impact, and platforms the voices of expert speakers and individuals with unique lived experience. Ultimately it is designed to provide quantifiable, measurable outputs, and to drive real positive change in workforces.
Genie alumni include delegates from the likes of J.P. Morgan, the University of Oxford, AstraZeneca and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, some of whom participated in a recent film outlining what the programme can offer.
