What is The Genie Programme?

Genie stands for Genuine Interest in Equality and is a unique, 12-month development programme for apprenticeships professionals.

We will focus on issues surrounding social mobility, diversity and inclusion in apprenticeships by participating in workshops, exploring data, hearing from experts and learn about approaches being taken in other organisations.

We will help you to form a solid understanding of the current apprenticeship landscape both within your own organisation, and across the sector. Using this insight, we will help you to develop your ‘Pitch for change‘ idea to achieve greater social impact through apprenticeships.
