Amazing Apprenticeships
Anna’s company, Amazing Apprenticeships, is an organisation with a reach far beyond its size.
Experts on apprenticeships and technical education, Anna’s team influences both the way apprenticeships are perceived nationally, and the way employers design and deliver their programmes.
The team drives innovative, creative campaigns across England and internationally, working with approx. 4500 schools and colleges, and over 1000 apprenticeship employers, to ensure that more individuals and businesses can access the benefits of apprenticeships.
Improving access to apprenticeships for all
Passionate long-time advocates for social mobility, diversity and inclusion, since the pandemic Anna and Amazing Apprenticeships have increasingly been seen as an ED&I authority and thought leader in the education and skills space.
Anna has led the development of a range of programmes and initiatives designed to improve access to opportunity for all talent, particularly those facing barriers and challenges to securing employment.
Recent programmes have included interventions to help major employers use apprenticeships to drive more diverse and inclusive workforces, and programmes to help pair care-experienced young people with pre-approved, supportive apprenticeship opportunities near them.
Anna’s dream is an apprenticeship and skills system that works for everyone – and her work has been helping to build that system for over two decades.
