The Department For Education
Amazing Apprenticeships work in partnership with the Department for Education across a number of programmes, including Apprenticeships,
T Levels, HTQs and widening access to opportunity.
Working In Partnership
We have been a trusted partner of the Department for Education (DfE) since 2015, supporting activities that raise awareness of apprenticeships and technical education throughout England.
In this time, we have supported the Department for Education by designing and leading on programmes of work, participating in consultations, conducting research, developing resources and meeting with senior officials, ministers and MPs to help shape and influence current and future skills developments.
The Ask Programme
We have supported the Department for Education to establish and scale-up the flagship Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge for Schools and Colleges programme (ASK), supporting millions of students, teachers, careers advisers, parents and carers throughout England to access up-to-date information about apprenticeships and technical education.
This work continues, with Amazing Apprenticeships leading the resource development, supporting the strategic planning and overseeing support for delivery partners.
T Levels
We have worked with the Department for Education to support the introduction and roll-out of T Levels, ensuring that schools and colleges have had access to inspirational resources to engage and inform their students, parents, carers and colleagues.
This work continues with Amazing Apprenticeships creating and updating resources, hosting webinars and measuring the confidence of teachers and careers advisers through research and focus groups.
HIGHER TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (HTQS)
We have supported the introduction and roll-out of Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), working with the Department for Education to engage schools, colleges, teachers and careers advisers to understand more fully the HTQ offer, and to provide information to young people and their families.
This work continues, with Amazing Apprenticeships creating films, resources and delivering webinars.
