Apprentices will be mostly based in the workplace, with the equivalent of 6 hours per week paid time spent on off-the-job training.
What Are T Levels?
T Levels are a mainly classroom based technical qualification (80% of the time) with industry placement experience included (20% of the time).
They will suit students who wish to start working towards a skilled occupation, prefer a practical approach to learning and want a predominantly classroom-based course.
What Are HTQS?
Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) are classroom-based, job-focused qualifications such as HNCs, HNDs and Foundation Degrees, that have been approved against employer-developed standards for specific job roles.
