2018’s Best Employer according to Apprentices

Bentley was recently announced as the Best Employer for School Leavers in the UK, as well as the Best Employer in the Automotive Sector, at the 2018 School Leavers Awards – voted for solely by apprentices.

When is Bentley’s Application Window?

We generally open for applications across our vacancies around January/February each year. Applications are usually open for a 4-week window, which kicks off every year with an open day at our showroom in Crewe.

The application window always stays open for at least the full 4 weeks. There is no ‘first come, first served’ or early closing for vacancies.

Work Experience

Bentley has a Gold Standard Fair Train-accredited work experience programme, offering over 150 places each year across our business. We aim to give as many young people as we can an insight into what it’s like to work for an extraordinary business, and we hope that many of these students go on to apply for apprenticeships at Bentley.

When it comes to an application, work experience at Bentley and elsewhere can only be a positive thing!
