We are committed to providing opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to gain work-related skills and nationally recognised qualifications through structured, work-based training programmes. Most of the training will be ‘on-the-job’ with the remaining ‘off-the-job’ training delivered by a training provider. This means minimal disruption and maximum impact.

The qualifications you can gain range from Level 2 (equivalent to 5 GCSEs), A Level 3 (equivalent to 2 A Levels) to Level 7, which is equivalent to a Master degree. Apprenticeships last between one to five years depending on the qualification you work towards.
