We started back in the 80s, when insurance was a long, complicated process. So, we decided to make things easier and offer insurance over the phone. That’s how we started Direct Line.
Since then we’ve grown from strength to strength, and now have well over 10,000 employees, 20 accident repair centres and over 15 offices across the UK. Not only that, but we own some of the nation’s best-known brands including Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege, Green Flag and NIG.
