Level 2 – Direct Line Group Intermediate Apprenticeship
Entry Requirements
GCSE Grades 9-3 (A*-D). Have been living in UK for last 3 years and have Proof of right to work in UK. Will not be study towards another government funded qualification at the same time as this apprenticeship.
Qualification & Training
Dependent on role. Examples are – Financial Services Customer Advisor Level 2 / Panel Level 2 / MET Level 2
Full induction and academy style training. Continuous training and support from people manager and training provider throughout the programme and beyond.
Level 3 – Direct Line Group Advanced Apprenticeship

3 x A-Levels in any discipline. Have been living in UK for last 3 years and have Proof of right to work in UK. Will not be study towards another government funded qualification at the same time as this apprenticeship.
Qualification & Training
Dependent on role. Examples are – Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser Level 3 / HR Level 3
Induction and continuous support / training from people manager and learning provider.
