Step 1: Make your application
Follow the on-screen instructions and, when you’re happy with your form, press submit.
Step 2: Screening
We look through the information to assess how suitable you are for the role. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Step 3: Assessment centre
If you pass initial screening, we’ll invite you to an assessment centre where you’ll meet us and other applicants. This will involve an interview and group tasks relevant to the programme that you will complete on the day
Step 4: Final decision
Within a week, we’ll give you feedback on your performance and, with any luck, we’ll offer you a job!
Tips to succeed:
- Do your research about the company and the industry.
- Think multi-channel retailing, we sell online as well as in our stores.
- Try and enjoy the assessment day and ask lots of questions!
Dunelm are one of the UK’s leading Homeware Retailers. We offer a Retail degree apprenticeship in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University.
