Regardless of which course you take, we are looking for people who are:
- A good communicator who enjoys team working
- An individual with a keenness to learn, to question and improve things
- Someone with good attention to detail
- Someone who is happy to adapt to ever changing situations. No two days are the same at Hovis!
- Someone who takes responsibility for themselves and their work, and ownership for safety
- Someone with business-relevant ITC skills (Microsoft / Google)
- 18 years old or over
