The Application Process

There are three stages to our application process:

1.APPLICATION AND ONLINE ASSESSMENTS

aAfter you’ve completed an online application form, and if you’re applying for a higher apprenticeship (Level 4 and above, and some selected Level 3 apprenticeships), we may ask you to complete online tests to assess your strengths and mathematical skills.

2. INTERVIEW

At this stage there will be a face-to-face, telephone or video interview. This is the final stage for all Level 2 apprenticeships and, if you are successful, we’ll make you an offer. For Level 3 and above, we’ll invite you to an assessment centre.

3. ASSESSMENT CENTRE

The assessment centre day is made up of a role-play task, a further interview and possibly a virtual reality exercise –  don’t be worried, it’s just to give us more of an idea about how you handle things in person. If you’re successful, we’ll make you an offer to join the programme.
