Our programmes

We offer a wide range of apprenticeship programmes across areas including Business & Administration, Creative & Design, Digital, Engineering & Manufacturing, Sales Marketing & Procurement, and Education & Childcare.

Our Providers

We use several providers ranging from private providers, FE colleges and universities to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes across the country for us.

We look for a variety of delivery models to suit both the local business needs and those of the apprentice.

Staying Local

Providers come into our sites so travel is kept to a minimum, or the provider is local so that travel is just to a local centre.

How we deliver our apprenticeships

Online learning and blended learning is used by all of our providers so that it gives flexibility to the apprentice as to when and how they take the 20% off the job every week.

The Support NEtwork

We have a strong support mechanism around our apprentices and our line managers are very involved in all of the programmes.

We invite all of our apprentices to participate in making the programme better, many are Ambassadors and we have an apprentice alumni network.
