FOUR EASY STEPS TO APPLY
1 STRENGTHS APPLICATION FORM AND SST
We have worked hard to make the application journey as quick and applicant friendly as possible. From registering your interest, to completing our online application questions and situational strengths test (SST) you will see quick progress and receive some great strengths feedback reports, which can help you with your development.
2 ABILITY TESTING AND MINDSET
If you are successful in the first steps you will proceed through to our online ability tests, which are set at a level based on the role you have applied to, but generally consist of a numerical, verbal and technical mind-set element. Although these tests are important and it’s an essential step to pass, our tests are time-measured, not time-limited, so take the appropriate time required to do your best.
3 ASSESSMENT CENTRE
Our Strengths Based Assessment Centre is the final stage in our application process. They are half-day events designed to provide an engaging and realistic job preview to our roles. At our assessment centres you will experience different scenario-based tasks that will look for potential.
4 OUTCOME FEEDBACK
We pride ourselves on making sure that all candidates who attend our assessment centres receive a feedback call to get their final outcome within 48hrs of the event.
Usually taking place between November – March each academic year, our assessment centres fill up quickly, so make sure you don’t delay and apply!
