SKY Have created an employee network

Employee networks help us and our people to succeed by connecting communities and empowering everyone to be themselves. As a result, we encourage our networks to support and inspire their members and continue to make Sky a great place to work.

Our networks include:

Parents @ sky

A network for working parents, developed and run by working parents. Over 1400 of our people are now members which gives them access to the online forum, website, webinars and workshops.

Provides professional and social networking opportunities for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. Each year the network participates in Pride events across the country, engaging both our people and customers with our commitment to diversity.

women @ Sky

A network of over 1000 of our people which provides opportunities for women to connect with others across the business, share experiences, develop and be inspired by role models from inside and outside of Sky.

Apprentices at Sky work on projects that shape the future of our business. All apprentices work towards professional qualifications, on a permanent basis with a competitive salary.

We offer opportunities for flexible working and we work hard to be an inclusive employer, so everyone at Sky can be their best.

We offer apprenticeship programmes in Technology, Customer Service, Business & Media.

Please note, we are currently reviewing all listed recruitment opportunities due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and will be updating the Time To Apply information soon.
