TONI&GUY Apprenticeships

We strive for all our apprentices to complete the full career path including the newly developed Hair Professional Standard endorsed by government, progressing to Level 3, and our specialist in-house training programme accredited at Level 4 (vardering).

In this role you will work alongside hairdressing experts in our salons covering all aspects of hairdressing including bespoke cutting, styling, technical and perming techniques and will be supported by qualified assessors and internal verifiers every step of the way.

wHEN CAN I APPLY?

We operate a roll on roll off programme with opportunities to begin your apprenticeship at any time of the year, currently with two models of delivery depending on geographical areas.

WHERE WILL I BE BASED?

Almost anywhere! Apprentices who are based in either London or Manchester attend an academy, with all other apprenticeship training is delivered in one of our many salons nationwide.

WHAT HELP WILL I GET?

Once you’re signed up on one of our apprenticeship programmes we are here to support and guide you all the way!

You’ll have your own dedicated TONI&GUY Tutor/Assessor who will be able to support you through your qualification – they will have worked their way up through the TONI&GUY career path themselves. These dedicated tutors can advise you on all aspects of your apprenticeship and help you to understand your roles and responsibilities in the salon.

You will also have full access to our e-portfolio (ONEFILE) with lots of information and interactive materials like:

• Course materials that are truly bespoke to Toni & Guy
• Forums
• Communication with your Tutor/assessor
• Resources
• E&D and Safeguarding information.
• Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
