Webinar with the Armed Forces; the No.1 Apprenticeship Employer in UK!

Amazing Apprenticeships hosted an exclusive webinar with the Armed Forces this November to explore the vast range of apprenticeship opportunities available within the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force.

Having taken the top spot as the best apprenticeship employer in the country in the Government’s recent Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers by helping over 8,000 apprentices and almost a fifth of its workforce completing apprenticeship programmes across engineering, telecommunications, logistics, construction, health and IT, we were keen to explore the opportunities in more detail.

Representatives from all three organisations joined Anna Morrison CBE and over 1,000 Careers Advisers, Careers Leaders, Parents and Carers, teachers and students to outline their recruitment process. They also took time to talk about the wide-reaching opportunities they offer, their passion in ensuring professional development, their diversity and inclusivity targets, what an apprenticeship with them can look like and why it’s so important to adopt a ‘catch all’ approach to apprenticeship recruitment.
