- Heart of South West – all Devon, Torbay and South, East and West Somerset
- West of England – Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire
- Gloucestershire – Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester districts
- Swindon and Wiltshire – Swindon Borough and all Wiltshire
