The process of applying for an apprenticeship with BP can seem daunting if you haven’t applied for a full-time job before, but it’s actually very simple. There are just five steps:
Step 1: Completing an online application form
Step 2: Undertaking Situational Judgement Questionnaires (online tests)
Step 3: Undertaking verbal, Numerical and error checking tests (online tests)
Step 4: Completing a telephone competency interview
Step 5: Attending an assessment centre where you’ll take part in a group exercise and an interview specific to the department you’re applying to.

To give yourself the best chance of securing a role at BP, you should:

3. Practice online tests ahead of taking them: You can easily find practice tests for the online test sections of your application. We’d suggest finding some on Google ahead of making your application.
