Advanced Apprenticeships

Programme Duration: 4 Years

Qualifications: Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)

Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence)

Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)

Location: Solihull, Castle Bromwich, Halewood, Hams Hall (Battery Assembly Centre), Wolverhampton (Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre)

Salary: £15,850

Higher Apprenticeships

Programme Duration: 4 Years

Location: Whitley, Gaydon, Ansty Park, Lyons Park

Salary: £20,300

Think beyond your limits. There’s no need to choose between education and practical skills, because our Higher Engineering Apprenticeship gives you both. You can broaden your mind with brand new concepts at college and put them into action here at JLR.

Working within our Engineering Operations or Engineering Vehicle teams, you’ll learn and develop in one of the industry’s most dynamic environments, finding the balance between performance, sustainability and refinement, and helping us to respond to the environmental issues that are shaping automotive innovation.

And while we open your eyes to the future of automotive technology, giving you a platform to make a real difference to JLR and our customers, we’ll also pay for you to complete several valuable academic and vocational qualifications.

Degree Apprenticeships

Programme Duration: 4 Years

Location: West Midlands (various sites)

Salary: £24,480
