Step 1 – Online application and test

Apply online by sending your CV with a brief overview of your experience, as well as a covering letter outlining why you’re interested in the scheme and you’ll be required to complete an online logic test.

Step 2 – Face-to-Face Interview

If you pass the online application stage, we’ll invite you to take part in a face-to-face interview. During this we’ll take you through a series of questions that are designed to see if you’ve got the skills and attitude that you’ll need for the role. You may not have this kind of work experience, so we suggest examples from different areas of your life that demonstrate the skills we’re looking for. Perhaps you’ve had a leadership position on a sports team or society, or have been involved with technology at school.

Step 3 – Assessment Centre

Do well in your interview and you’ll be invited to an assessment centre where you’ll meet various people and take part in a range of activities (such as a group exercise & 1:1 interviews) to see your skills in action.  If it looks like you’re a good match after the assessment centre, we’ll invite you to join the scheme.
