Our apprentices, graduates and placement students actively participate in our bold sustainability commitments, supporting people and our planet. In the past, we have abseiled down the Orbital in Stratford, climbed Ben Nevis and completed Tough Mudder to fundraise for our charity partners.

Most recently, our Interns won the Global Innovators sustainability challenge at Farnborough Airshow and presented in front of hundreds of people; and our graduates have registered to be Enactus coaches for UK universities’ social enterprise societies.

So whether you want to visit a local school to share your experiences, push yourself out of your comfort zone to raise money for a cause close to your heart, or volunteer an active role in our LGBTQ+ or ethnic minority colleague networks, there really is an opportunity for everyone to flourish.
