Foundation apprenticeships
We are recruiting numerous Foundational Apprenticeships across the UK.
These are Senior Financial Customer Service Advisor positions either in our local branches, our regional contact centres or in our regional commercial business centres.
Our programme offers you a real opportunity to earn as you learn, paying over 3x the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices and including a professional qualification from the LIBF.
This is an 18-month programme, however you are a permanent staff-member of HSBC from the day you start. Upon finishing your programme, you can either choose to stay in the same role or decide to explore other opportunities internally.
Degree apprenticeships
Based within the Midlands working in Commercial Banking.
A 4-year structured programme open to candidates with 112 UCAS points or equivalent.
The programme offers a level 6 Financial Service Professional, Chartered banker professional qualification, BSc (Hons) Banking & Finance Degree.
