Growing your child’s skills, confidence and career

The Pret apprenticeship provides young people with the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally whilst being part of ‘Team Pret’. It allows your child to earn a good wage while they build the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to progress within the hospitality industry and become one of our future leaders.

At Pret our values and behaviours are very important, so we recruit based on your child’s qualities, not their qualifications. We look for apprentices who can demonstrate passion, clear communication, team work and great execution.
