What next?

There are four stages on your journey to becoming an apprentice with us.

1. Application:

Once you’ve decided which programme is for you, you’ll need to find an appropriate vacancy and apply online in ‘search and apply’. Remember, you can only apply for one role each cycle, so make sure it’s the right one for you.

2. Online assessments:

You’ll receive an email inviting you to take our online assessments within 72 hours of making your application. You’ll need to complete the assessments within ten days for your application to be considered.

Before you start the tests, try out some sample questions by visiting the Online Assessment Practice page. You can also read our Help and tips for online assessments to help you perform at your best and find answers to some of the most common queries we receive about our assessments.

3. Come to our assessment centre:

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to our assessment centre. The day could include a practical test, group exercise, competency, motivational or technical interview.

4. Starting at Rolls-Royce:

If your application is successful, we’ll be in touch with the good news.
