The Outward Bound Trust trips

At Rolls-Royce we make plenty of time for you to get to know all your fellow apprentices.

You’ll go on a two-day outdoor learning course with The Outward Bound Trust during your first week. On it you will build your teamwork, self-confidence and communication skills, which you’ll take to the next level when you go back for a whole week in your second year.
