Amazing Apprenticeships worked in partnership with Dunelm over 2023/24 to support Dunelm in raising awareness, understanding and interest in their apprenticeship programmes amongst students, parents/carers and teachers/careers advisers.
Working closely with the dynamic Early Careers team at Dunelm, the campaign activities and communications have achieved high levels of engagement and demonstrated impact through direct applications and raised awareness levels within schools/colleges.
How we supported Dunelm
Jointly with the Early Careers Team at Dunelm, we delivered a range of activities to engage schools/colleges and stakeholders to learn more about Dunelm’s apprenticeship programmes, the progression opportunities, the recruitment process and what makes Dunelm a high-quality apprenticeship employer.
This included the coordination of two teacher & careers leader visits to Dunelm’s Head Office and their Distribution Centre for 50 local schools/colleges, a bespoke webinar to promote the range of opportunities available with Dunelm and a communications campaign to inform and inspire audiences about the vacancies available.
These activities generated a high volume of applicants to the 9 programmes available and have left a legacy in schools/colleges for future recruitment activities in 2024/25.
