EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TRAINEESHIPS

After July 31st 2023, traineeships will no longer be available as a standalone programme. You can continue to apply for them until then on Find a Traineeship. From 1st August 2023, they will be available directly from colleges and other training providers.

Traineeships are a brilliant way to gain experience and confidence,
helping you to take the next step into an apprenticeship, work or study.

A Traineeship is a fully-funded education and training programme for 16-24* year olds (*25 year olds with an Education, Health and Care Plan) to build employability skills and gain valuable sector-based experience through a work placement.

Offered throughout England, trainees are supported by training providers working with local employers through fun and engaging programmes that will help you reach your future goals.
