Bentley apprenticeships are a great way to gain new skills in an exciting business. As well as learning from people who have decades of experience, you’ll also work towards recognised apprenticeship qualifications along the way.

You may be surprised to learn that apprenticeships in the motor industry aren’t just available for manufacturing or engineering disciplines. We have fantastic apprenticeship programmes from levels 3 – 7 in all areas of the business, including Sales & Marketing, HR, Purchasing, Finance and Digital.

Our three- or four-year apprenticeship programmes help you build a balance of skills through training at work. At the same time, you will study for National Vocational Qualifications in your chosen field.

Bentley Apprentices get much more than just a standard apprenticeship. Our core programme involves development workshops in subjects from communications to leadership, involvement in charity projects and school attraction activity, German lessons to help you interact with our VW Group partners, cross-business forums, and the opportunity to be part of our Apprentice Council and represent your peers at a business level. Some apprentices also get the opportunity to travel to brand partners such as VW or Porsche, and many get to drive and experience the products as part of their roles on a daily basis.

You’ll also get a taste of organising your own community or charity projects with other apprentices and have a wide-ranging development programme designed to broaden your skills for the best possible start to your career.
