You are sent a link to complete a psychometric assessment.

There are no right or wrong answers, this assessment gives us an insight into you but the most important part of our process is the next stage.

The next stage is an assessment centre that will consist of a group exercise, interview and a scenario to present on.

This is your opportunity to display your communication skills, your ability to work with others and your passion and knowledge about the business and the role you are applying for.

How you behave and present yourself is what gets Bakkavor’s attention rather than having ‘textbook’ answers to questions. We know you don’t know everything; we can teach you the knowledge but we can’t teach you your attitude.
