Our Apprenticeship Programme
Most of our apprenticeships are for 2 years, the exceptions are Engineering and Procurement which are 4 years. We carefully select the best apprenticeship providers for each programme, so our apprentices get a great learning experience. This means the delivery models differ by apprenticeship and level. Some of the delivery models involve travelling to the training provider and some are done fully online. We work with our training providers to make sure the model selected is the best for each apprenticeship.
Our apprenticeships have a salary increase for each year of the programme before you finish the apprenticeship and move into a permanent position with Bakkavor.
Each apprentice gets a buddy, line manager and mentor when they join the business, these are all in place to ensure our apprentices get all the help and support they need throughout their programme.
